A little bit chunky, given the size, but definitely very helpful in pains and aches from sport injuries. Doesn’t create an ice burn. Haven’t tried the ‘heated’ version, but I’m sure it’ll work just as good

Good size. But as the ice melts, the bag drips. So no more useful than the traditional bag of frozen peas!
